We follow a strict No Refund policy. No partial or full refunds will be issued for any remaining months or unserved issues if you wish to discontinue receiving the magazine.
If any issue arrives physically damaged or torn, please email photos of the damage to info@thekakhaga.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement copy of that specific issue at no extra cost.
